No. Everything we quote is fixed-price, agreed before any work starts — you're never billed for our efficiency. The only exception is work added after a project is scoped: out-of-scope additions are billed at €90/hr, always agreed with you first. In practice, a fixed quote is almost always the better deal — which is rather the point.

You'll never be pushed into a design you don't love. Every website project starts with two distinct design concepts, and dedicated revision rounds refine the direction you pick. Behind that sits our guarantee: Not happy after our first design concept? Full refund — no questions asked.

No problem. We start from scratch regularly. We'll guide you through what we need, write copy where required, and source anything else — making the process as smooth as possible from your end.

Yes. Standard Business Website and E-Commerce projects include 1 month of post-launch support. For ongoing work — monthly social media management, SEO maintenance, or continued design — we offer retainer arrangements. Ask us about it during your call.

Nothing — because you own everything. Your domain and hosting are registered in your own name (we manage them, but the accounts are yours), and at handover you receive every file: design sources, code, and content. Any developer could pick it up tomorrow. There's no lock-in, ever.
