The content here describes our services in good faith and is for general information. Use the site normally: don't attempt to break it, probe it for vulnerabilities, scrape it at scale, or misrepresent it as your own.

• The prices on this site are our honest, current starting points — but they are not a contractual offer.
• Every project is confirmed with a fixed written quote before any work begins. That quote — its scope, timeline, revision rounds, and payment schedule — is what we're both bound by.
• Any guarantee shown on this site, like the first-concept refund, is real and is written into your quote.

The design, text, and branding of this site belong to Nexera Studio. Client work, results, and testimonials are shown with the client's permission. Don't reproduce any of it without our written permission.

We link out to third-party sites — for example, our clients' live websites. We're not responsible for their content or how they handle your data.

The site is provided “as is”. We work to keep it accurate and available, but to the fullest extent permitted by law we accept no liability for loss arising from reliance on its content or from interruptions to it.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Irish law.
